Van Rensburgs Properties recently concluded sales transactions of two business properties in the CBD of George, with a total selling price of R20 000 000. The properties consisted of mixed tenanted buildings that offered competitive rental income and attractive returns on investment. Van Rensburgs has also been appointed as managing agents for the properties sold and is very excited to add value to the investments made by the new owners.
