DISMANTLING & REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES
1) Purchasers will only be allowed to commence with dismantling once payment was made in full and the monies are cleared in the auctioneer’s bank account.
2) The Purchaser is responsible for dismantling, removal and transport at own cost.
3) Included in the bid price: All fixtures and fittings that form part of the structure
4) Excluded from the bid price: land and furniture
5) Access / transport to the site is limited to 3-Ton trucks
6) DISMANTLING PERIOD: 23 Jan – 28 February 2026
PAYMENT
1) Buyer pays
- Bid price
- 10% commission (buyer’s premium) on bid price
- 15% VAT on the bid price and commission
2) Online bidders will receive invoices via bidders’ online profile.
3) Invoice details cannot be changed, please ensure that your registration details are accurate and correct.
4) Payment by EFT only and within 24 hours from the date that the invoice was issued.
5) Late payments will be subject to 10% collection commission, attorney fees on an attorney & client fee basis plus VAT and interest @ 18% per annum on total outstanding amount.
6) The purchaser, by bidding acknowledges that he is satisfied with the condition of the item and that he cannot or will not for whatsoever reason withhold payment.

The highest bidder on auction will have the first right of refusal to match any higher offers.
• The sale shall be subject to confirmation by the Seller by 20 Feb 2026; however the Seller may accept or decline the offer before 20 Feb 2026.
• The highest bidder will be held bound to his bid until 20 Feb 2026.
• Balance of the purchase price is payable against registration of transfer.
