Auction procedure
Apartments will be sold individually by means of the BIDDER’S CHOICE method as follows:
It is accepted that every bidder has a specific apartment (or apartments) as first choice of purchase.
Therefor the auctioneer will start off by offering any apartment of the 7 available apartments and when bidding stops from the floor, the highest bidder may pick his/her choice apartment at that price, and may pick as many apartments as he/she wishes.
Once a choice is made the apartments not sold will be auctioned on the same basis.
EXAMPLE: A highest bid of R 1 000 000 is received from Bidder X in round one. Bidder X may pick as many apartments at R 1 000 000 as he/she wishes. If Apartment 4 is picked first, the remainder 6 apartments are auctioned on the same basis.
NB: Make sure beforehand that you categorize your taste.
