Auction procedure: Erven will be sold individually by means of the BIDDER’S CHOICE method as follows:

It is accepted that every bidder has a specific erf (or erven) as first choice of purchase.

Therefor the auctioneer will start off by offering any erf of the 9 erven available and when bidding stops from the floor, the highest bidder may pick his/her choice erf at that price, and may pick as many erven as he/she wishes.

Once a choice is made the erven not sold will be auctioned on the same basis.

EXAMPLE: A highest bid of R 700 000 is received from Bidder X in round one. Bidder X may pick as many erven at R 700 000 as he/she wishes. If Erf 381 is picked first, the remainder 8 erven is auctioned on the same basis.
